1. Digital Products
– All digital items (SVGs, PNGs, printable wraps, download packs) are delivered instantly via email or download link immediately after purchase.
– No shipping fee applies.
– Because they are digital, there are no refunds or exchanges once the file has been delivered — see our complete Refund & Licensing Policy for details.

2. Physical Products (via Printify)
When you choose a product that requires manufacturing and delivery (mugs, tumblers, apparel, etc.), Printify handles fulfillment. Here’s what to expect:

  • Order processing (production) typically begins within 2–5 business days of the order being placed.

  • Shipping time depends on the product type and destination; estimated delivery windows:

    • Within the U.S.: typically 5 – 9 business days after production.

    • International (Canada, UK, EU, etc.): typically 10 – 20 business days after production.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

  • Shipping rates vary depending on product size, destination, and carrier — the rate will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Location & Additional Notes
– Production takes place in Printify-partnered facilities. Your shipping address and the local carrier determine the final delivery time.
– Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly; The Pourfect Place is not responsible for delays or mis-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
– Some orders may be subject to carrier delays (e.g., customs, extreme weather, holiday volume); in such cases, we appreciate your patience.

4. Combined Orders
If you order both digital and physical products in the same checkout:
– Your digital items will be available for immediate download.
– Your physical products will follow the shipping schedule outlined above.
– You don’t need to request separate checkouts — everything is processed together, though timelines differ by product type.

5. Returns & Exchanges for Physical Goods
Because physical items are print-on-demand, returns and exchanges are handled under Printify’s policy. Generally:
– If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
– Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
